Mercer Street Capital is a self-funded search fund, seeking to acquire and operate a single, well-manged business between $2 and $20M in revenue.
Mercer Street Capital is lead by Eric Bauer brings 10 years of experience learning and adapting to various roles and industries within Amazon.com. His experience ranges from P&L management of multi-billion dollar categories, business development projects serving millions of customers, bringing first-ever technologies to scale, and leading teams to develop internal tools for rapidly growing organizations.
What we’re looking for
Mercer street capital is interested in small-to-medium size, owner operated businesses with stable margins and growth.
Summary of criteria:
Size: Between $5M and $20M in $0.75M and $3M in EBITDA
Stability: Consistent growth and EBITDA margin greater than 15%
Customers: No single “anchor” customer, diversified accounts
Willingness to sell: Owner committed to selling with no clear succession plan
We are open to any industry that does not require the owner to have a highly specialized skill set.
