Founder and Principal

Eric has a lifelong passion for business. In elementary school he orchestrated elaborate trades of Pokemon cards, once trading several for a Macbook (which he later had to return). In middle school, he re-sold candy and energy drinks to classmates during Lunch (school administrators were not keen on this either) and in high-school he leased a spare room at the pool where he lifeguarded and started a snack bar.

Eric completed his first acquisition in 2024, when he purchased Turner Hat Company from it’s co-owners. Turner Hat Company is a renowned supplier of wide-brimmed hats, selling in retailers throughout the United States. As the CEO, he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and growth strategies, and is supported by a team based in Notasulga, Alabama, 20 minutes from Auburn University.

Eric started his career at Amazon.com, where he worked for 11 years before acquiring Turner. At Amazon, he gained retail expertise and capabilities to grow and manage teams at scale.

Eric graduated with honors from University of Washington in Seattle where he studied accounting and information systems

In his free time, Eric is an active fitness enthusiast, enjoys cooking and experimenting with cocktails, attending concerts, and participating in automotive events.
